What is your price range?
The range clients generally pay for a weekend event is $700. This includes a 3-hour dance segment, dance floor lights, and maybe 2-3 live instrumentalists. We give a discount only for weekday events, no other discounts are offered.
What is your backup plan?
Each event will have a backup DJ or drummer, as well as backups of all essential equipment and cords in case something unexpected occurs. We always have a plan a, b, and c to make sure everything is very smooth.
What is your DJ experience?
Each of our DJs has been a club-level DJ at some of Buffalo's best dance clubs. Most commonly, our DJs have 10+ years of experience doing events and even more downtown public events. We each have done at least 500+ weddings.
Where can I see more of what you guys can do?
We can set up an appointment for a showcase of our talent with Facetime or Skype!
Do you travel?
We will travel as far as about an hour from the center of Buffalo. We can travel further, however, this will involve a fee.
What do people typically book with you and how much is it?
The most popular is the DJ and Drummer duel with the videographer costs: $2,900.00. You get the best entertainment plus a highly professional video. FYI Videogathers usually cost this alone! Includes an MC extra mics, and lighting as well.
Do you have insurance?
We are an LLC that has COI upon request. We have the standard DJ million-dollar policy insurance that covers all event types. We also can provide 1099 info and tax info if needed.
How do we book WNYBeats?
Inquire via our contact form below, and we will reach out to set up a video or phone call to chat details and provide an accurate estimate. To lock us in, we require a signing of our contract, a 50% non-refundable deposit. We do not change the DJ or live musicians after locking them in with the deposit.
What other common services do you offer?
We offer Videography services at a 10% discount when you book the DJ and drummer. You can also add our flagship service of adding a professional photographer for $4,060 which is 20% off with a total savings of 30%! Normally 5800, 30% Saving 1,740 dollars!
